Smartfares.com is a complete rip off. They lure unsuspecting consumer with teaser rates that they can't come close to filling. They will send you a nice confirmation This is a legal agreement between you and SmartFares and its subsidiaries and affiliates You may only use the Travel Site to make legitimate reservations or Smartfares.com — Never did this booking.

2- False claim that you get free cancellation within 24 hours. Agents insist on charging $350/passenger because "that's what the airlines charge, not us" 3- Rude customer service out of India even before any of these issues came up.
